Jogging – it’s free! As long as you have a pair of trainers and comfy clothes, you can jog (almost) anywhere- on the street, around the block or in the park.
A fitness ball – you can do sit ups, press ups and stretching on a fitness ball to improve your body, tone and flexibility. Check out this ball – it’s a bargain!
Ankle or wrist weights – if you’re interested in working on your leg or arm muscles, these type of weights are a cheap and effective way without splashing out on a pricey gym membership.
Skipping rope – relive your school days with a skipping rope! It is a good cardiovascular workout and can help burn a few calories after 20 minutes.
Tummy exerciser – To work on your abs, use the abdotrim. Best of all you can exercise in the comfort of your own home!
